Our History
Conceived and started in 1968 by J. Frank Keohane, Esq., Computer Systems of America, Inc. (CSA), is one of the original US-based large-ticket equipment lessors that quickly accelerated into Europe. CSA was also one of the largest private and independent IBM and PCM Mainframe and Storage lessors in the world up to the turn of the century. Our customers appreciate the way we collaborate with them in their data center environments and our ability to efficiently close deals. Over the years, they confidently pulled us out of their raised floor environments and onto their tarmacs, into their warehouses and truck yards, engineering labs, and assembly and metal stamping plants, wherein CSA rapidly diversified its equipment portfolio.
CSA has leased billions of dollars worth of mission-critical equipment to our customers. Our executive management team has been in place long-term, and collectively has hundreds of years of equipment lease origination, documentation, financing, accounting, and remarketing experience.
