Customer Specific Equipment and/or Software Transaction
The End User/Direct Program is where a particular company or individual is interested in obtaining specific lease rentals for certain equipment and/or software they are planning to acquire.
Vendor Financing Interests
The Vendor Program is ideal for a Vendor who has a customer interested in Equipment Financing for an individual transaction or a Vendor who itself is interested in establishing an Equipment Financing Program for many of its future customers. The Vendor can contact CSA and be assured of a quick response in the case of individual situations as well as an experienced proposal for an overall Vendor Program.
Brokering Transactions to CSA
A portion of CSA's Portfolio is obtained through Broker origination. CSA will respond promptly, document pricing and confirm the Broker’s representation in the transaction.
Bank Participation Leasing Program
CSA has worked with many banks in the United States and Europe as partners enabling the bank to offer Operating Lease Financing to its Customers. CSA invests the equity in the transaction based upon CSA’s expected Residual Values and the Bank handles the debt portion of the financing and the Bank and CSA jointly administer the transaction once it has been consummated, with CSA remarketing the Equipment at the end of the Leasing Term.
Used Equipment Transaction
The price of acquiring new equipment can be costly and many companies and individuals may find it more feasible to consider late model used equipment to meet their needs.
CSA Portfolio Acquisition
This Program is for Vendors and other Equipment Leasing or Financing Companies including Banks. CSA is interested, skilled and has purchased Portfolios, freeing up the invested funds of these companies and institutions as well as handled all remarketing and administration.

Operating/Fair Market Value Lease
CSA provides customers with true Off-Balance Sheet Operating Leases that comply with public accounting and regulatory guidelines. This type of Lease offers the most options throughout the entire term of the Lease. The Equipment can be upgraded during the Lease Term and the customer can renew or purchase the Equipment at the end of the term at its then Fair Market Value (FMV).
Finance Lease
When an Operating Lease is not required, the Finance Lease can be tailored at a slightly higher cost, would remain on the customer’s Balance Sheet but would allow the customer the opportunity to purchase the Equipment at the end of the Lease Term at a ‘not-to-exceed’ specific dollar amount.
Sale Lease-Back
A Sale Lease-back allows a customer who has already purchased the equipment to sell it to CSA and in turn lease it back as a simple Operating or Finance Lease of the equipment for a suitable period of time.
