Customer Specific Equipment and/or Software Transaction
CSA originates lease transactions on a direct end user basis with customers that desire and/or prefer equipment lease financing of their new and used large ticket equipment acquisitions as opposed to tapping their own bank lines or utilizing their own cash.
Vendor Financing Interests
The Vendor Program is ideal for a Vendor who has a customer interested in Equipment Financing for an individual transaction or a Vendor who itself is interested in establishing an Equipment Financing Program for many of its future customers. The Vendor can contact CSA and be assured of a quick response in the case of individual situations as well as an experienced proposal for an overall Vendor Program.
Brokering Transactions to CSA
A portion of CSA's Portfolio is obtained through Broker origination. CSA will respond promptly, document pricing and confirm the Broker’s representation in the transaction.
Bank Participation Leasing Program
CSA partners with many large financial institutions in the United States and Europe enabling said organizations to offer competitive Operating Lease Financing to their customers. CSA will invest soley the Equity portion of a transaction when the Financial Institution chooses to not particpate or can not particpate on an Equity basis at the level required for certain leased assets. A Financial Institution can still participate in the transaction should it desire with the non-recourse debt portion only. CSA will alternatively fund the entire transaction itself should the Financial Institution be at an internal credit limit for said credit or equipment type. CSA administers to the transaction and the Lease and leverages its 41 years of equipment remarketing experience at the end of the Lease Term.
Used Equipment Transaction
Acquiring new equipment can be costly and utilize precious cash or company bank lines. In certain applications, a previously used asset or fleet of such will fulfill the specifc requirement adequately and at a better price point. CSA constantly has equipment in quality condition being returned early during a lease term or at lease expirations that meet many of our customers needs.
CSA Portfolio Acquisition
Besides originating leases directly with end user customers, CSA also acquires leases and lease portfolios from Equipment Vendors, Financial Insitutions, other Lessors and individual Brokers that work on behalf of a book of their own customers. CSA's staff with over a collective 100 years of large ticket equipment leasing experience performs all tasks of the Lease administration, documentation, Equipment Purchase, and Equipment Remarketing.

Operating/Fair Market Value Lease
Finance Lease
Sale Lease-Back
Operating/Fair Market Value Lease
CSA provides customers with true Off-Balance Sheet Operating Leases that comply with public accounting and regulatory guidelines. This type of Lease offers the most options throughout the entire term of the Lease. The Equipment can be upgraded during the Lease Term and the customer can renew or purchase the Equipment at the end of the term at its then Fair Market Value (FMV).
Finance Lease
When an Operating Lease is not required, the Finance Lease can be tailored at a slightly higher cost, would remain on the customer’s Balance Sheet but would allow the customer the opportunity to purchase the Equipment at the end of the Lease Term at a ‘not-to-exceed’ specific dollar amount.
Sale Lease-Back
CSA enters into certain Sale Lease-back transactions with those customers whom have decided to monetize certain assets that they already acquired and placed in service in their enterprise. CSA will purchase such assets from the customer and lease them back to the customer at agreed upon terms based upon the customers needs.
