CSA's Organizational Structure CSA Financial Corp. ("CSA"), is a 41 year old privately owned large ticket equipment lessor that leases heavy equipment such as material handling, wrapping and packaging Equipment as well as Transportation equipment including but not limited to commercial aircraft, aircraft engines, ground support equipment (GSE) and over the road Tractors and Trailers. CSA Financial UK Ltd., based in London, and CSA Financial Ltd., an Irish Corporation, with a Dublin International Financial Services Center (IFSC) license carries out CSA's leasing business throughout the European Union Countries (EUC). Founded in 1968, CSA was a pioneer in the application of equity advantaged lease and financing concepts to the marketplace that has leases over $7billion of capital equipment. CSA's organizational functions are broken down as follows: A. Lease SalesCSA's North American Sales Organization works with many of the Fortune 1000 Type end user customers The CSA Sales Representative works closely with each respective Customer as a single point of contact throughout the life cycle of each leased asset. B. Legal and DocumentationCSA's experienced in house Documentation Group manages the lease preparedness and coordinates all aspects of the closing process between the Customer, the Equipment Manufacturer/Vendor and CSA. This group serves in an ongoing role throughout the life cycle of the lease and the equipment assisting the Customer with any and all equipment modifications, relocations, upgrades, early returns, extensions, renewals and purchases. The experience of this group allows CSA to efficiently close complicated multi-million dollar transactions thoroughly and quickly in those instances when quick funding is required. C. Lease FinancingCSA invests in every lease transaction for its own account. CSA does not sell the Lease or the Equity portion of any lease transaction off to other investors, lessors or funds. When you write a lease with CSA, you will be working with CSA throughout the lease life cycle of your equipment. D. Treasury and Financial Control CSA's in house Treasury and Financial Control Staff is responsible for the Company's Treasury, Accounting, Financial Control, Tax and provides complete lease administration and billing services for all CSA leases. |
